・使いこみが店主に知れていとまを出された. The manager found out I was dipping into the till and fired me.
4 〔辞去〕 leave-taking; leave; a farewell; good-by(e). [⇒いとまごい]●いとまを告げる take one's leave; take leave 《of…》; say good-by(e) 《to…》; bid farewell [adieu] 《to…》.
